Company Introduction:

1. Placing Ads for Job Post over various job portals.
2. Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses.
3. Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview on Zoom Meeting.
4. Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool.
5. Meeting required target of calls to close positions.
6. Conduct reference and background checks.
7. Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement:

1. Education: BBA/MBA (HR) 
   
2. Experience: - Years (Talent Acquisition)
3. Excellent Communication Skills.
4. Proficient on Microsoft Office Suits.
