Job Description:
The Human Resources (HR) Virtual Internship is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR while working remotely. Interns will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and administrative support. This internship provides a platform to develop professional skills, understand HR processes, and contribute to meaningful projects in a flexible, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding and Documentation

Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome materials and setting up virtual orientations.
Ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of employee records and documentation.
Employee Engagement

Assist in planning and executing virtual employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Gather and analyze feedback from employee engagement surveys.
Training and Development

Help design and deliver virtual training sessions or webinars.
Support the creation of training materials and resources.
Administrative Support

Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR-related projects.
Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide general support to the HR team.
Compliance and Policy Support

Research and help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
