Description

• Supervise the daily operation of water-cooled chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor HVAC system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and indoor air quality.
• Assign and oversee tasks for HVAC technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
• Respond to HVAC system failures, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain records of system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
• Conduct routine inspections of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers.
• Oversee chiller descaling and water treatment processes to prevent scaling and corrosion.
• Monitor refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and ensure proper handling of gases.
• Calibrate thermostats, humidity sensors, and control systems for accurate operation.
• Ensure that emergency HVAC shutdown procedures are in place and understood by the team.
• Supervise and train HVAC technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain logs of HVAC operations, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
