Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

- Performing data entry duties, (i.e. Creating Quotations, Order Processing, Making Post Job Certificates)

- Coordinating and Managing the Sales Support department

- Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails.

- Converting leads through calls, chat & email with international clients.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales activities.

- Resolve customer complaints through phone calls and email in a professional manner.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

- Proven – years experience in handling Sales Support Operations or relevant role

- Understanding of the sales process and business dynamics.

The ideal candidate should have bachlors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require sales support executive, data entry, order processing, post, sales support, phone, calls, chat, email, international clients, internal, marketing, operations, finance, alignment, sales, activities, customer complaints, professional, environment, handling, process, business mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 45 to 65 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
