Description

Key Job responsibilities:

• to maintain institute's network
• to install new hardware, software and upgrade existing resources
• to provide technical support for colleagues, department and students
• to run system diagnostics & address and resolve issues well on time
• to maintain and develop the institute's website and learning portal
• to maintain hardware peripherals (e.g. scanners, printers, external drives)
• to ensure internet security by identifying and deploying security tools & applications
• to train colleagues and co-workers
• to liaison with suppliers on maintenance or licensing deals

Skills, Qualifications and experience:
• atleast bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable institute.
• work experience of - years – ideally in similar environment
• relevant certifications (hardware / software / networking / application development) would be a big plus
• knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware and software commonly used in institute’s environment
• good problem-solving skills
• good presentation and communication skills
• good organisational skills
• the ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
• the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• a patient and methodical approach
• the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of IT Supervisor / IT Lead in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation / bachelor's qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require hardware, software, upgrade, technical support, system, diagnostics, website, learning, peripherals, printers, internet security, security, tools, liaison, maintenance, licensing, computer science, networking, application development, operating systems, presentation, communication skills, solutions, pressure, part mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
