Description

Job Title: IT Support Coordinator.

Location: Karachi.

Timings: Mon to Thurs ( pm to pm) , Sat and Sun ( am to pm).

Experience Required: months to year.

Responsibilities:

· Solve system related issues.

· You will need to work with operations and IT to identify and fix the issues in the system.

·System issues from the operations, marketing, finance team and get them fixed.

·Performing day to day tasks like capturing and refunding of payments.

·Candidate have to make sure that the issues get fixed on time.

· Helping IT in troubleshooting the issues.

· Experience in using MS office.

· Excellent Communication Skills.
