Description

Golpik is urgently looking for Key Accounts Manager. The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Key Responsibilities: 

• The key point of contact for all customers, after-sale services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client solutions.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities of the client.
• Assisting clients through email, phone, chat, and live screen shares.
• Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional after-sales services on a day-to-day basis.
• Gain extensive, accurate product and business knowledge and requirements from the client.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to as per client needs.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A/O Levels, BS, BSC preferred.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
