Rainsoft Financials (Pvt.) Limited is looking for Loan Coordinator who assists a Loan Production Team in processing, approving, closing and funding of real estate loan transactions. Some essentials job duties include coordination with a team, quality assurance, assisting in verifying supporting documents and ensuring that the applicant’s information is accurate.
Candidate Must Have:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Science in any discipline is required from an accredited University.
- Basic knowledge of financials (banking products, loans, interest rates etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to self-start and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Client care and teamwork attitude

Job Specification
