Description

Responsibilities:

Treasury Management: Develop and implement treasury management strategies to optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and mitigate financial risks. Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs and capital investments.

Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating banking services, credit facilities, and loan agreements. Stay updated on industry trends, banking regulations, and best practices to maximize the benefits of banking partnerships.

Cash Management: Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, cash pooling, and cash forecasting. Implement efficient cash management systems and procedures to optimize working capital and minimize idle funds.

Banking Operations: Oversee and manage banking operations, including account management, transaction processing, and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements. Prepare and review financial reports related to treasury and banking activities, providing accurate and timely information to senior management.

Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, and procurement teams, to understand their treasury and banking needs. Provide guidance and support to streamline financial processes and optimize banking services.
