Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer with expertise in textile processing to oversee and optimize machinery and processes within our textile mill. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical systems, textile manufacturing processes, and the ability to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Machinery Maintenance and Optimization:Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery used in textile processing.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upgrades.
Process Improvement:Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes and minimize waste.
Work closely with production teams to streamline operations and increase output.
Research and Development:Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in textile processing.
Conduct research to identify innovative techniques or equipment that could improve manufacturing processes.
Test new equipment or processes and assess their feasibility and effectiveness within the mill.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Implement measures to enhance workplace safety and minimize risks associated with machinery operation.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
Prepare reports outlining performance metrics, efficiency improvements, and recommendations for management review.
