Description

 A person is responsible to solve problems raised from user side, barriers to productivity broken and creative solutions to IT challenges.

 As we bring new people on board, you will be responsible for ensuring all necessary IT resources and accesses are built and setup for their success.

 Specific IT projects will be assigned to implement new systems and maintain existing systems.

 To execute various processes such as new project creation, user creation, permissions updates and system upgrades etc.

 Work closely with the IT Manager and assist with managing and administration of server infrastructure.

 Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the end user.

 Install modify and repair computer hardware and software and computer peripherals for users.

 Clean up computers e.g. unnecessary hard drive, physical cable management etc.

 Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other systems.

 Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

 Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.

 Follow up with end users to ensure their issue has been resolved.

 Get feedback from end users and about computer usage.

 Provide accurate information on IT products and services.

 Identify and suggest possible implementation services.

 Write training manuals and ability to install and maintain network cabling.

Requirements:

 Basic Microsoft Windows Active Directory System Administration

 Windows / desktop administrative experience

 Experience with Virtualization technologies

 PC Maintenance experience

 Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks

 Independent and highly motivated learner

Preferred Experience:

 VMware Server Administration

 Hyper-V Server Administrator

 Working experience with Backup storage systems

 Scripting experience

 Working knowledge of version control systems
