Job Summary:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, social media, and online platforms. Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Needs Assessment and Consultation: Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their GRC training and consultancy requirements. Provide expert advice and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our GRC training and consultancy services.
- Relationship Building and Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage existing client accounts to identify new sales opportunities and expand our service offerings.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our training and consultancy teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the GRC training and consultancy sector.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GRC principles, frameworks, and standards (e.g., ISO , ISO , COBIT).
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Certifications: Relevant GRC certifications (Plus Point).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology).
