Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Taker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. As an Order Taker, you will ensure that customers’ orders are recorded correctly, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Take customer orders via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated to the relevant team.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding their orders.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the menu, products, or services offered, to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
Order Management: Enter order details into the system or prepare order slips for kitchen or fulfillment staff.
Communication: Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, delivery teams, or relevant departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
Order Confirmation: Confirm order details with customers and provide updates on expected delivery or pickup times.
Payment Handling: Process payments (where applicable) and ensure accurate transactions.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly and professionally.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer information, and special requests.
Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the work area neat and organized to ensure efficient order processing.

Job Specification

Health Plus Distributar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Order Taker in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require order taker, dynamic, receiving, processing, customer, customer service, phone, email, service, management, order, system, kitchen, fulfillment, kitchen staff, confirmation, handling, process, payments, organization, area, neat, order processing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 32k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
