Position: Executive Secretary
- Specifically expert in local/international travel arrangement, visa processing etc.
- All administrative/secretarial matters including reports generations
- Managing all type of bills
- Registering company with other corporate bodies
- Maintaining discipline and house keeping on floors
- Looking after of Director's protocol
- Preparing various reports and records
Job Specification

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Personal Assistant to Director/CEO in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.a/mba qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require executive secretary, market, dealing, expert, international travel, visa processing, corporate, bodies, house mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
