Summary

As a Product Owner at Phaedra Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of in-house or client's products. You will be responsible for defining and prioritising product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of both business and technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Create flow charts, ERDs', mockup, wireframes or prototypes.
Familiar with databases schemas and software engineering best practices.
Convert functional and non-functional requirements into user stories.
Write acceptance criteria based on user requirements.
Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product road map aligned with business goals.
Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet the business requirements.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users.
Create and maintain a well-groomed product backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and QA, to ensure successful product delivery.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality releases.
Conduct sprint planning and review sessions, adjusting priorities as needed.
Work with QA teams to define and execute product testing strategies.
Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
Iterate on products based on real-world usage and market dynamics.
Create and maintain documentation for product features, user guides, and release notes.
Communicate product updates and changes effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
