Basic Knowledge of Computer.

Must be familiar with the concept of Quality Control & Assurance.

Fluent in spoken English.

Key Responsibility:

Need to contact customers globally on call.

Generating customer data base based on the customer registration.

Verify and gather customers’ contact details.

Identify incorrect or forge customer details.

Minimize chances of duplicate customer account.

Prepare and submit daily work report.
