Description
• Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
• Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
• Conduct phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Interviewing candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies.
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
• Using web based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.

Sybrid Pvt Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Recruitment Executive in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have grauduation preferred human resource qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require posting, phone, calls, interviewing candidates, database, hiring, technology, social media, post mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
