Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team based at Karachi.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing high-performance sales teams, and expanding market share within their designated territory. This role requires developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through Team development & providing Leadership.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: A minimum of years of Sales Management experience encompassing Karachi, Hyderabad & Quetta, in the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive team performance and sales results.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of local market dynamics in Karachi, rural Sindh & Baluchistan.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned areas as required.
