Description
• Outbound calls to promote and sell the product/service.
• Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time
• Handle customer needs and requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
Individual having the Ability to read, writes, and speaks English fluently with good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.
Ability to work independently and self starter
Eager to learn, explore and take initiatives
Adhesive to meeting deadlines and detail oriented
Must be flexible to work in night shifts

The ideal candidate should have bachelors or master’s degree with 1-2 year(s) of work experience qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require coldcalling, call centre mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
