Description

  • Ensure the achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Territory.
  • Develop and Implement field Sales Plan for the assigned territory.
  • Effectively manage distributor/customers and their operations.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
  • Research potential leads from business directories
  • Supervise sales representatives and assistants
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Work with sales team when closing sales
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Job Specification

Nadeem Traders is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Supervisor in the field of Sales in one of their office located in pakistan - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba.(marketing), mba (strategy) or related marketing and sales courses qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require territory, field sales, customer, solutions, support, sales, research, business, team, closing, performance, metrics mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
