Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in conducting comprehensive financial feasibilities and enterprise valuations using various methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of valuation techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Feasibility Analysis:

  1. Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies for new projects and investment opportunities.
  2. Assess financial viability and profitability, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and break-even analysis.
  3. Prepare and present feasibility reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Enterprise Valuation:

  1. Perform enterprise valuations using various methods, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation analysis.
  3. Prepare valuation reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to gather relevant data for feasibility studies and valuations.
  2. Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform financial assessments.
  3. Keep abreast of financial regulations and market developments.
Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, strategy, and operations, to gather necessary information and insights.
  2. Communicate complex financial concepts and valuation findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team.
Reporting and Documentation:

  1. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support financial feasibility and valuation activities.
  2. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all financial analyses and reports.
  3. Maintain organized records and documentation for future reference and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  2. A minimum of - years of experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and enterprise valuations.
  3. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
  7. Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.

The position require senior financial analyst, finance, feasibility studies, company analysis, market research, verbal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
