- Ten+ years' experience as Manager HR. or in similar role
- Master's Degree in human resource management or any other related field from a recognized university
- Between Thirty to Fourty years of age
- Must nave excellent command over spoken and written English
- Computer literate and able to operate computerized HRIS.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
