Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.

. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and approaches.

. Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored to the needs of prospective clients, showcasing the unique value propositions of our products/services.

. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders by providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.

. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.

. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

. Expectation: He/She needs to bring in USD worth of business in the first month.

Job Specification

TalentHunt is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Senior Sales Professional in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require sales, lead generation, networking, market research, relationship building, negotiation, cold calling, communication, crm proficiency, self driven mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 90k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
