At NordPak Foundation, we believe in the power of social media to share our mission, promote our programs, and connect with diverse communities. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator (volunteer) who will play a pivotal role in helping us engage with our audience across multiple platforms. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about social media and interested in gaining experience in social media management, digital marketing, and non-profit communications while contributing to a meaningful cause.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Social Media Management
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will manage our social media platforms, including:
Developing and executing social media strategies in line with our mission.
Creating engaging content to promote our programs, events, and initiatives.
Scheduling and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
Keeping social media profiles updated with consistent, positive messaging.
Designing and producing digital content such as graphics, photos, and videos.
Community Engagement
You will be the face of our organisation online, interacting with our growing community:
Responding promptly and respectfully to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Fostering discussions and building a sense of community among followers.
Managing any issues or crises that may arise on our platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
To measure success and optimise strategy, you will:
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and followers using analytics tools.
Continuously evaluate and adjust our social media strategies based on data insights.
Report social media performance to the NordPak team on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualifications:


We are looking for someone who is:

Knowledgeable about major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and design.
Skilled in written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Familiar with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (a plus!).
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
Time Commitment:

- hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
 
This is a remote, and unpaid position.
