Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across multiple social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community around our brand.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, tracking performance and optimizing for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze engagement and growth, and prepare regular reports to inform strategy.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and insights to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience: - years in social media management, preferably with a focus on mission-driven or financial organizations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Strong writing and visual content creation skills.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.

Soft Skills: Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
