Kaarav Technologies is a software and website development company based in Karachi, Pakistan. The company is engaged in developing various types of software and IT solutions for clients including custom software (CRM/ERP), website development (html, WordPress, e-commerce), web hosting, mobile applications, and consulting. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a part-time basis ( hours per month, hours a day, days a week). The ideal candidate will help build and maintain our brand presence across various social media platforms while engaging with our target audience and driving meaningful interactions. Includes managing our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and others. It is the perfect opportunity for someone who has high creativity and enjoys the freedom of their creative minds to help bring our company into the spotlight.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives
-Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
-Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
-Engage with followers and respond to social media inquiries
-Stay current with social media trends and best practices
-Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
-Manage social media content calendar
-Create basic graphics and visual content for social posts

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- - years of experience in social media management
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; other languages a plus
-Proficiency in social media management tools
-Strong understanding of social media metrics
-Experience with content creation and basic graphic design
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in technology industry social media
-Knowledge of social media advertising
-Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
-Previous remote work experience
-Understanding of B B marketing
