We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work the night shift and will have a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving brand growth. Job Timing: pm to am

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Meta Ads Expertise: Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.

Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience on all social media platforms to build a strong online community.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve strategy and execution.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Skills:

Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, GMB, and others.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
