Description

Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for the POS system.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements and feature requests.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product vision and reflects customer needs and business objectives.
User Story Creation: Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, providing clear guidance to the development team on what needs to be built.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, designers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and efficient product delivery.
Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the delivered product meets the defined criteria.
Release Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
Feedback Integration: Continuously gather feedback from end-users, monitor product usage, and iterate on features and improvements based on data-driven insights.

Job Specification

En-Route Technologies Pakistan is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of SQA Engineer - Point of Sale (PoS) & Inventory System in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Islamabad , Bahria Town Phase 04 - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in comuter science, or other related fields qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require product, vision, strategy, system, engagement, internal, management, customer, business, user, user stories, providing, development, collaboration, project execution, quality assurance, testing, process, release, planning, scope, feedback, integration, monitor, usage mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 100 to 120 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
