Description
This is NOT a Management or HR position so we are keen to look at candidates who have done BA/ BSc/ BCom only .
We are currently seeking to employ a number of Recruitment Researchers to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES
- Sourcing candidates as directed by the Recruitment Consultants
- This will include headhunting via sourcing from a large in-house data base and using social media including linked in and various other websites
- Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlists
- Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs
- Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
- Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets
- Working closely with the recruitment consultants
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience/ skills
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
