Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over years of experience to lead the delivery of innovative Fintech and CRM-based products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET and Angular, strong SQL skills, and exceptional communication abilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Fintech and CRM solutions; create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals.
Technical Leadership:
Guide development teams in building secure, scalable applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Angular (version +),
ensuring alignment with Fintech and CRM requirements.
Database Expertise: Oversee the design, optimization, and management of SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) to support transactional systems, reporting, and analytics for Fintech and CRM platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex Fintech and CRM concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Team Leadership: Lead developers, QA engineers, and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Risk and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with Fintech regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) and CRM data security standards.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in development processes, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing and validation of Fintech and CRM features, including payment systems, customer data workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, compliance reports, and post-deployment evaluations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum years of technical project management experience, with a focus on Fintech and/or CRM software development.
Technical Skills:
Extensive experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) for building backend systems.
Proficiency in Angular (Updated version) for developing responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures for Fintech transactions and CRM data management.
Fintech/CRM Knowledge: Proven experience delivering Fintech solutions (e.g., payment gateways, financial reporting) and/or CRM platforms (e.g., customer workflows, lead management).
Project Management: Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on use of tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders in a Fintech/CRM context.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage tight deadlines, and resolve conflicts in high-pressure environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of Fintech and CRM projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Fintech-specific technologies (e.g., payment APIs, Accounts, Payroll, Merchant).
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom CRM solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE ).

The ideal candidate should have bscs, bsit, bsse qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require advanced sql proficiency, angular, agile, azure, aws mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 200k to 250k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
