Description

 Experience in a consulting and/or support organization
* Contributor to community events via blogs, speaking engagement, and/or webinars
* Proven ability to lead of team of technical experts (informally or as formal appointment)
* Ability to scope and initiate improvement projects both internally and externally
* Superior customer service skills and desire to ensure our customers’ success
* Ability to draw a customer's true business problem from a technical description
* Passion and drive to see a problem, build a plan, and fully execute that plan
* Attitude of continuous learning and improvement personally and professionally
* Knowledge a wide variety of technology and the judgment to know when to use it and why
- Notably MySQL, MongoDB, Linux system administration
* Versed well enough in industry jargon to talk low-level technical details or high level strategy depending on the situation 
* Drive to mentor and teach others inside and outside of their immediate supervision
* Ability to positively influence colleagues independent of direct reporting path.
