Description

Our organization is looking for an Experience Trainer (Mobile products) with following:

Job description:

-To organize regular training and study for Promoters about Mobile product and sales skills;
-Retailers training and constant market visit;
-Help promoter to achieve their monthly target;
-Prepare competitors data weekly;
-To update the product parameters of company brands and competing brands every month;
-Check daily reports of promoter and manage the promoter resources efficiently;
-Implement reward/punishment policy;
-To seek outstanding promoters with impressive monthly sales volume and summarize sales pitch and behavior which may be presented and popularized;
-To track the launch of competing products with the same price range;
-To set display standards of handsets in the counter, then to train teams and supervise their implementation in this regard;
-Schedules and attends regular store visits;

NOTE: Only candidate with telecommunication industry experience will be shortlisted.
