Description

We are looking for highly skilled General Typist who can work in Pakistan Mingora Swat base in Dubai. a strong understanding of Dubai law, MOHRE regulations, freelance permits, and visa processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for typing, transcribing, and managing various documents related to legal, employment, and visa matters while ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE laws. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate the regulatory landscape of Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Type and transcribe various documents accurately and promptly, including legal contracts, visa applications, and MOHRE-related paperwork.

Maintain knowledge of Dubai law, including freelance work regulations, visa processes, and MOHRE guidelines to ensure compliance in document handling.

Assist with preparing and processing employment contracts, freelance permits, and visa-related documents.

Input data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Review, proofread, and edit documents for accuracy and consistency.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks related to legal and employment documentation to meet deadlines.

Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents related to employment law and visa matters.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and government agencies regarding document processing and legal requirements.

Ensure compliance with relevant UAE laws, including but not limited to labor law, freelance regulations, and immigration law.

Requirements:

Proven typing experience or skills.

Strong knowledge of Dubai law, including MOHRE regulations, freelance permit requirements, and visa processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow legal and regulatory guidelines.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience working with MOHRE or government agencies in Dubai.

Knowledge of the processes for obtaining freelance permits and visas for residents and non-residents.

Familiarity with the UAE labor law and employment contracts.
