Job Description:

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company goals

• Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of years of experience

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent communication (US accent) and interpersonal skills

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

• Experience in B B, B C, SaaS, Call Center, BPO Industry, International Projects is a plus

The ideal candidate should have bachelor / master qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require sales, b2b, b2c, saas, bpo, industry, callcenter, coldcalling, leadgenerating mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 300k to 400k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
