Description

A professional body seeking Business Development & Recruitment Consultant to join our team with an immediate start. We are seeking to be joined by Portuguese, Italian & Moldavian speakers only.

As a BD & Recruitment Consultant, the role will build talent pipelines, elevate the candidate experience, enhance employer brand and build value-add relationships.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

Recruitment of potential candidates by using internal and external source

Pre-screening applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent basis.

Development of marketing and research plans

Gaining a thorough understanding of competitors and the management consulting landscape and contributing to the development of competitor and market intelligence.

Developing candidate talent pipelines using executive search methodologies and sourcing channels, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.

Keeping recruitment statistics updated and producing management information as required.

Working on various projects as directed by the manager

Reporting daily office activities to line manager

Signing new partners

As a Business Development Recruitment Consultant, you will possess:

Ideally another English and Chinese.

Recruitment experience

Proven experience in direct sourcing recruitment/executive search

Experienced in recruiting and sourcing within the management consulting sector

Knowledge and experience of recruiting/sourcing across Europe

Enthusiastic and driven approach

Advance user of social media, search engines, and other computer applications & programmes

Telephone Marketing Skills

Quick learner

Excellent Communicational skills

Productive attitude, good dressing sence

Job responsibilities are not limited to any direction and can be explained and extended anytime. 

The successful candidate will be given standard training and will provide with necessary resources to carry out the above-mentioned functions.

This Job is home-based for three months and the office will be located nearby location and however, you will be traveling different cities and carrying out recruitment responsibilities and you need to be well spoken and confident facing challenges. You will be trained completely by one of our directors and you need to have access to laptop and mobile phone with internet.

Your salary package will be starting after months of training where travel expenses will be paid around k (Five Thousand Rupees) then further thousand Rupees will be added to your salary Tax-free and travel expenses will be paid top of it. Furthermore, %- % salary first year and further increase every years.

This Job is small for now and will be extended later stage and travel overseas will be an important part of the rule to conduct meetings and take more responsibilities.
