Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, income tax, and payroll taxes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial processes.
