Description

The role of an Accounts Executive/ Management Accountant is to review the accounts of companies and organisations to ensure the validity and legality of their financial records. Preparation of various MIS reports for financial analysis to support the management to take various decisions for smooth running and growth of business. The executive could be able to pinpoint the issues/problems faced by the company and to recommend solutions. In addition they can also act in an advisory role to recommend possible risk aversion measures and cost savings that could be made. Preparation of draft financial reports in accordance with IFRS and discuss reports with Clients, Audit Managers and Director.Collect and evaluate financial records of clients and ensuring its correctness, completion and fairness. Assess internal controls and detect and prevent potential risks and provide solutions when necessary Analysis, Interpret and appraise the financial performance/ indicators/ balances along with operational data/ reports if any Communicate effectively issues that arise to management/directors of the companies. 

Knowledge, skills & experience 
Good Analytical and Communication Skills.
Exposure to Multiple industries, working knowledge with reporting standards.
Should have independently handled whole accounts, review assignments & Statutory Audits.
Good leadership, organisational and personal management skills.
Professional in receiving, following and executing orders.
A.E Experience is preferred
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
