Description

• Enter and upload invoices into ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision).

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

• Track expenses and process expense reports. He would also be responsible for matching of revenue and creation of detailed profit & loss workings.

• Take phone calls & e-mails along with answering questions from vendors and company personnel regarding invoice payments.

• Reconcile payable balance on required basis.

• Process checks and wire requests.

• Recording of payments into ERP system.

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

• Assist in daily tasks as well as month end closing processes and controls.

• Assist with other projects as needed by Line Haul Manager.

The ideal candidate should have acca qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require ms, erp system, documentation, expenses, revenue, calls, payments, balance, recording, accounting, closing, line, excel mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
