Job Overview:

We are a Marka agency specialized in digital marketing, and we focus on providing innovative solutions for small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs in the Gulf markets (such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain). We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to work remotely with experience in targeting these markets, developing business relationships, and increasing sales through innovative and targeted strategies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Targeting customers and developing relationships:

- Identifying target customers within the Gulf markets (such as e-commerce companies, restaurants, clinics, startups).

- Building and developing strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers in these companies.

. Identifying new opportunities:

- Searching for new business opportunities in targeted sectors (such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, and designing advertising campaigns).

- Expanding the scope of services to include promising sectors according to market analysis.

. Achieving sales:

- Preparing and implementing strategies to increase monthly revenues from new and existing customers.

- Achieve specific sales targets (eg: new customers per month).

. Presentation and Negotiation:

- Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs.

- Negotiate with customers to ensure excellent services are provided at competitive prices.

. Internal Collaboration:

- Work with the design and content team to ensure that the services provided are consistent with customer needs.

- Provide monthly reports on progress, achievements, and new opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

. Basic Skills:

- At least years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

. Personal Skills:

- Ability to build strong professional relationships.

- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Work independently and achieve goals.
