We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to take charge of our multi-channel outreach campaigns, team leadership, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and develop initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and excellence.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Oversee and execute outreach activities across various platforms, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and social media, while continuously refining strategies to enhance performance.
• Cold Email Campaigns: Spearhead and optimize cold email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• LinkedIn Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn strategically to strengthen brand presence, engage stakeholders, and generate leads.
• Social Media Outreach: Develop and manage social media strategies to boost engagement, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
• Project and Process Management: Coordinate appointment scheduling, align client interactions, monitor timelines, and ensure accurate tracking of sales and payments.
• Automation and Lead Generation: Implement automation tools and manage inbound lead generation strategies to streamline processes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate performance metrics, update reports, and utilize analytics to refine marketing strategies.
• Recruitment and Team Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular team meetings and address performance challenges proactively.
• Influencer Marketing: Apply past experience in influencer marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Paid Facebook Ads: Manage and optimize paid Facebook advertising campaigns, including budget setting and management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Approximately years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on business development.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a large team.
• Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and social media outreach.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with automation tools and inbound lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
