The ideal candidate should have matric qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require incoming, calls, customer complaints, level, customer, solutions, transactions, feedback, resolution, service, performance, handling, customer satisfaction, metrics, policies, promotions, product mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
