Dollar Nests, LLC is a Telemarketing Service, which deals in different US campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote a product or service

Handling customer inquiries and providing information about the company's products or services

Entering customer information into a database or CRM system

Meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals

Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships

Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Staying up-to-date with new services, as well as changes to company policies and procedures

Attending team meetings and training sessions

Adhering to company guidelines and regulations.

It is also important for a voice agent to be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude.
