Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic designing, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services..
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
- Deal the customers efficiently and close the sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to work the night shift ( : PM - : AM) from Monday to Friday.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

One Atom Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Agent in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require call center agent, primary, phone, digital marketing, communication skills, outbound, calls, graphic designing, web development, social media marketing, level, product, benefits, sales, performance, metrics, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, basic, night shift, timing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
