Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call quality assurance at our location in Rawalpindi. The Call Monitoring Agent is responsible for monitoring and evaluating non-voice calls for quality purposes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. The Call quality assurance agent will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide effective feedback to clients, and identify opportunities for improvement in order to enhance the customer experience.

Business Sage is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Quality Monitoring in the field of Quality Assurance in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have able to work in night shift and on site qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require night shift, quality assurance, call monitoring, customer service representative, call center mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
