Description
- Execute the end to end recruitment cycle;
- Coordinate the recruiting process for various positions while optimising the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire;
- Display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews;
- Manage interview schedule and provide new hire orientation;
- Work with the HRIS team on SAP and other HR related systems ;
- Lead Employee engagement initiatives
Job Specification
ICI Paksitan is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Commercial Trainee Officer - Talent Acquisition in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have degree in business, human resource management, psychology or any other related field qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require 1-2 years of Experience in Human Resources mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
