Description
Responsible for Inter departmental coordination as well as building liaison with various external parties and departments within the University.
Receiving all communications into the university as well as outgoing correspondence,
Maintaining a positive image of Project and establishing constructive relationships with different universities.
Responsible to arrange conduct program activities (Seminar/ Training workshops/ sessions) at different universities and incubation centers.
Share project updates with different departments of the company.
Developing instructions, guidelines and tips to assist students/alumni or in properly filing applications for the project.
Coordinate and facilitate active communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise, facilitate, and provide guidance to implementing partner in synching and operationalization of activities, workplans and project processes.
Ensure quality assurance and facilitate and support partners in executing activities included in workplan and assist in the design of implementation strategies and budget requirements.
Ensure procurements in approved plan are initiated on time, processed, and approved in line with donor and organizational guidelines.
