Description

Drafting, vetting and opinion writing on Contracts/agreements and legal documents including but not limited to toll manufacturing agreements, Confidential disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, sale purchase agreements, Insurance Contracts, Security Contracts; Memorandum of Understandings, Company By-Laws including Memorandum of Association and Article of Association, Trademark Licensing and agreements, Patents Licensing and agreements, Copyrights Licensing and agreements and Power of Attorneys;

Rendering legal opinions on various matters such as property matters as well as matters and disputes related to international contract law, international commercial law, employment law, intellectual property law, taxation law and Telecommunication law;

Maintaining and filing of legal documents to ensure safe custody and record;

Legal Administration and Legal compliance before different regulatory authorities;

Assisting and advising all departments on all internal and external legal issues;

Control the transparency and the relationship between company & DRAP and other Governmental bodies to protect shareholders interest and ensure the full compliance according to the law;

Provide training on legal issues to the office bearers/ representatives of overseas branch offices/representative offices and subsidiaries to make sure that they are fully qualified to represent company and to act accordingly.
