About the Job:
The placement entails detailed knowledge and vocabulary in English language. With ability
to make customers at ease through online platform interaction for navigating and usage of
an innovative platform which is set to revolutionize the logistics industry. The service reps
will be in daily contact with numerous customers and variety of geographical setting and
will be communicating through online tools which facilitate multiple languages. All
translations from multiple languages have to be understand and answered in most
eNective manner which increase the trust and reach of our innovation.
This position further requires review of clients, posts and tracking of complaints. Then
approving clients and posts. Cross-checking the documents provided, the IDs of the
clients and the documents of the companies. Thoroughly review all requests for client
registration, post release and maintain utmost secrecy of data being collected. Further
ensure that no contrabanded items are listed on the portal. And no shady clients are
approved to use the system.
Initially we require multiple posts to be filled of day and night each requiring daily hours
commitment on our site including weekends as the portal is operating / . We further
require individuals to be presentable and well spoken English language skills in order to
facilitate virtual help through zoom. The typing speed should be adequate in English to
facilitate timely address of client concerns. A training session and then a test after training
session will ensure complete hiring process and two-stage screening interviews will be
conducted in sequence.
