Description

We are actively seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at our North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in spoken English. Candidates with command over Excel and prior call center experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls promptly and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns
Cater to customer demands according to their specifications
Skillfully de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Qualifications:
Intermediate/Graduate level of education
Proficiency in spoken English (Preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent active listening abilities
