Description

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. · Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. · Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. · Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

IBEX | Global Pakistan is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Executive - Domestic in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require excellent communication skills, proficient with ms office particularly ms excel, possess knowledge of call centre operations, must be flexible to work in shifts mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 15k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
